Rain and snow

Onyx and I did 5,000 steps this morning. I took a  mini-umbrella in my jacket pocket.

For friends in the East, sorry about all that snow. A way to get steps inside is rearranging and purging those basement boxes.  Include your dog. Tie the leash on your belt and boom…you’re both moving. The Monks use this technique as puppy training.

Walks in the snow can be good too, but be careful about hypothermia for you and your dog. Come inside before you feel cold.  And if your dog is elderly, stick with the indoors walking.
